Provider and eligibility
The provider is Marvin Kiefer, Swiss Web Development Kiefer, at the address below. This service is currently intended for adults resident in Switzerland who manage personal or household finances. By creating an account, you request access to the service under these terms. Review and correct your details before submitting registration. You can stop using the service at any time.
Free early access
Early access is free. Registration creates no payment obligation, requires no card and does not start a paid subscription. If paid plans are introduced, their price, included services and conditions will be shown separately before you choose one. No payment or automatic upgrade will occur without your express agreement.
What the service does
Ausgaben.ch helps you record, categorise and plan household finances. Financial accounts are manual records. Recording a transfer, investment or recurring payment does not instruct a bank, payment provider or broker to move money. You remain responsible for making real payments and checking your statements.
Receipt recognition, projections, suggested transfers and investment scenarios can contain errors and depend on the information and assumptions used. Investment reference prices can be outdated. Projected returns are not guaranteed. The application does not provide individual investment, tax or legal advice and is not a substitute for professional advice where needed.
Your account and family workspace
Provide accurate registration details, keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Only enter information you are entitled to process. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other households or interfere with the service.
Family members share access to financial records and can edit them. The family owner manages members. Optional account assignments do not create access restrictions. Agree with your family before inviting members or deleting shared records. Do not enter personal information about someone else without informing them and having an appropriate basis to do so.
Availability and changes
Early access features may change, be unavailable during maintenance or contain defects. Keep copies of records that you need independently of the service. We may change or discontinue features, but will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable and required by law. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Ending use and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion using the contact below. There is no cancellation fee. Shared records, recovery copies and legal retention duties are handled as described in the privacy policy. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect data or comply with law, and provide notice and an opportunity to clarify where appropriate.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
We are responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information you enter, or for decisions made solely on unverified examples or projections, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
Applicable law and updates
Swiss law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in a competent court. We will make updated terms available and communicate material changes before they take effect where required. New paid services require a separate choice.
